Every component, what it may contribute, and the honest evidence behind it.
MemoFix names its ingredients but doesn't clearly publish the milligram amount of each per serving (Rhodiola's 3% salidroside standardisation is the one exception). That makes it impossible to confirm the formula matches doses used in research. Read the full Supplement Facts panel before buying.
| Ingredient | What it may contribute |
|---|---|
| Bacopa Monnieri | Longer-term memory and recall support; works gradually over ~8–12 weeks. May cause digestive upset; can interact with thyroid, cholinergic and some liver-enzyme drugs. |
| Rhodiola Rosea (3% salidroside) | Support for perceived stress, resilience and mental fatigue. Evidence is limited; may cause headache, dizziness or sleep disruption; a losartan interaction has been reported. |
| L-Theanine | A calmer mental state and more comfortable focus. Encouraging but low-certainty evidence — not a guaranteed concentration enhancer. |
| Panax Ginseng | General mental vitality and attention. Trials are short and small; may affect sleep, blood sugar and clotting, and interact with several medications. |
| BCAAs (2:1:1) | General amino-acid and nutritional support. More common in workout products; their relevance to everyday memory is the weakest link in the blend. |
These are recognisable, reasonable cognitive-support ingredients — Bacopa especially has some encouraging human research. But an appealing list isn't the same as a proven, well-dosed product. Two questions decide it: are the amounts meaningful, and is the full formula transparent? Right now the second answer is "not clearly."
